Every trade on Pump.fun produces creator fees. 30% of them goes to the coin's GPU budget, on top of the prepay made at launch.
Holders make images
Holders open the coin's studio and make AI images, each one paid at a flat price from the budget.
The budget sets the pace
The GPU works while the budget has funds. When trading slows, the budget refills more slowly, and it picks up again with new fees.
